Fishing with Captain Usnick you will definitely be safe from all boarders. A former special forces Green Beret, Rob served 26 years in our nation’s elite commando unit. With tours in far flung places such as Afghanistan, Senegal and Bosnia, he speaks, reads and writes Pashto, the language of Afghanistan.
Following his service to our country, Rob captained boats from Panama City to Key West Florida, eventually owning his own company.
Today, Rob is enjoying the idyllic island life as captain of (no pun intended) the Hitman or BackLash fishing boats for Ocean Surfari in the beautiful US Virgin Islands. Growing up fishing in every stream, lake and river within walking, boating or driving distance, he fell in love with saltwater fishing in the early 90’s and never looked back.
